Client

A multi-billion dollar peer-to-peer transportation provider.

Challenge & Objective

The client desired a focus on building an understanding of new market opportunities through the lens of ‘community’ to gain strategic partners, and explore new ways of thinking around the impacts of their product on consumer and user experience.

Outcomes

We developed our signature Dialogue Insights Report to frame business opportunities and identified best practices for enabling interaction and connection in the context of ‘Technology & Community’, all the while bringing together potential high revenue business partners that directly impact ROI.

Process

As part of growing an existing brand’s presence, we designed a strategy for corresponding experiential dialogues that informed three verticals of the Clients’ business: Enterprise Strategy, Government Relations, and Product Engineering.
