A Life Well Lived:

A Leadership Retreat for Women

Hosted by Rimma Boshernitsan

Scottish Highlands, Pityoulish
June 24–27th, 2026

We’re curating a small group of 7 women for this intimate experience. If this calls to you, we’d love to learn more.

Reconnect with yourself.
Reimagine your leadership.
Rediscover the joy of being.

Join Rimma Boshernitsan for an intimate retreat in the Scottish Highlands, designed to help women reconnect with their humanity, leadership essence, and larger purpose by aligning the senses and mind, body, and spirit.

This retreat is not about leadership as usual—it’s about taking time away from titles and roles to rediscover what it means to live and lead fully in today’s paradoxical and complex era.

We’ll be using a methodology that Rimma’s developed and refined with high-performing corporate clients—leaders who often operate from the mind, logic-first. These are people who are strategic by nature and rewarded for quick, analytical decision-making, but what happens when that way of leading hits a wall?

In this retreat, we invite you into a different kind of knowing: one that is driven by intuition, presence, and embodied wisdom.

The approach will integrate Buddhist wisdom practices, visualization techniques, and sensory immersions to soften your grip on “figuring it out” and instead access what you already know, deep down.

Together, we will explore:

  • What does it mean to live fully in these accelerated times?

  • How do we nurture belonging, connection, and trust—in ourselves and with others?

  • How can we find beauty, awe, and meaning in the moments we are given?

Over three days, through curated conversations, embodiment practices, and creative exploration, we will journey into the art of living well.

You’ll uncover new pathways for navigating this complex moment through:

  • Self-awareness and intuitive clarity

  • Relational intelligence and authentic influence

  • Embodied movement and creative expression

You'll engage in powerful methodologies to access hidden inner knowing, unlock breakthroughs, and foster leadership rooted in trust, beauty, and curiosity.

Expect a blend of structured sessions and open exploration, including yoga, movement, herbalism, sensory experiences, and locally-inspired meals prepared by our private farm-to-table chef.

This is more than a retreat—it’s a space to deepen your connection to self and return with a renewed sense of wonder, leadership, and vitality.
