One of the largest nonprofit healthcare plans in the United States, with over 12 million members.

Challenge & Objective

How can we think about innovation in technology to support our needs as human beings? What are the implications and opportunities?

What are the way in which we can activate the brand as a leader in digital healthcare both internally, so as to strategically engage leadership and employees to enhance the work; and externally, in order to attract the best partners to do the most impactful innovation?

Outcomes

Through our unique curation, concept, and content design, we built a strategy for aligning and engaging client executives, building thought leadership in digital health, and engaging external strategic partners.

Facilitating a powerful understanding of broader ecosystems, we were able to surface new market opportunities and expand reach on current initiatives.

 

Process

As part of expanding the vision of a successful team, we developed a unique brand experience (both live + virtual), content, and deployment strategy for exploring 21st century topics related to the future of health and technology.
