Client

A multi-billion dollar global leader in digital networking and global digital infrastructure services, providing over 25% of the world’s internet routes.

Challenge & Objective

As part of building a strategic POV for the Client CEO, we were challenged with creating a nuanced and informed perspective on a heavily debated topic: Is Artificial Intelligence a Threat or an Opportunity to Human Connection?

Outcomes

Our research resulted in a 40-page comprehensive executive report: AI, Augmentation, Cognitive Diversity, and the Future of Work, which included strategic business insights on implications and opportunities from increased human-machine collaboration.

New insights, bring upon new ideas: We facilitated strategic partnership opportunities with key stakeholders in the field of AI, Government and Policy that helped the client drive business value to new and existing clients.

Process

Using the DIALOGUE research framework, we conducted a global research of over 120 executives and 15 in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs, executives and thought-leaders, including former prime minister Tony Blair, across the US, Europe, South America, Asia, India and the Middle East to uncover real-world human-machine collaboration opportunities and insights on the future of work.
