This Current Moment…

From AI to the climate crisis to the global movement for equity, change is a constant force permeating our organizations. Navigating this evolving landscape requires us to work through and embrace ambiguity. Beyond the sound bites and talking points lie deep questions that give our lives meaning and call us to action:

  1. How do we align strategy and action with a greater sense of purpose?

  2. How do we use that purpose to overcome stress, burnout, grief, and anxiety?

  3. How do we stay true to our humanity and reconnect to what nourishes us ?

  4. How do we keep a clear head and attuned heart while continuously seeing around corners ?

  5. How do we inspire cultures of innovation where people feel invigorated to relate and engage?
